WELL AIR Products
WELL AIR is an element-free compressed air purification device designed to remove condensate, oil droplets, and solid contaminants at the point of use. For export markets, we offer the DT Series, RE Series, and HI Series so you can select the most suitable model based on air flow, drain condition, and operating environment.
How to Choose
Start with the actual air consumption of the end-use equipment, then confirm drain condition and operating pressure.
Select by Flow Rate
Choose the model based on actual air consumption, not only pipe connection size. As a practical guideline, allow a margin of about 100 Nℓ/min below the maximum rated flow.
Select by Drain Condition
For general drain containing water, oil, and solids, DT is the standard choice. For especially severe contamination, select RE.
Select by Pressure Environment
For standard compressed air systems, use DT or RE. For medium-pressure compressor applications, choose HI.
• General industrial use → DT Series
• Heavy contamination / severe drain conditions → RE Series
• Medium-pressure compressed air systems → HI Series
2) To account for pressure loss, we recommend allowing a margin of approximately 100 Nℓ/min below the maximum rated flow of each model.
Example: for WA-400, a practical guideline is 300 Nℓ/min or less. For higher flow rates, select WA-1200 or above.
DT Series
Standard choice for most applications: water, oil, and solid contaminants.

The DT Series is the standard WELL AIR configuration for general industrial use. It is designed for typical drain conditions where water, oil droplets, and solid contaminants may be present together.
- Removes condensate, oil droplets, and solid contaminants from compressed air
- Element-free design with no replacement elements and no regular maintenance
- Installed close to the point of use to help protect downstream equipment and filters
- Larger drain outlet design for contaminated drain conditions
- Uses a CKD one-touch auto drain

A DTM version with metal auto drain components is also available for customers who prefer metal drain hardware. For applications where manual drain discharge is preferred, the DM Series is also available.
RE Series
For heavily contaminated drain conditions.

The RE Series is intended for severe drain conditions where contamination is especially heavy and reliable drain discharge is critical. It prioritizes stable operation in harsh environments by using a high-performance auto drain configuration.
- Suitable for heavily contaminated drain
- Element-free and maintenance-free construction
- Installed at the point of use to reduce the risk of downstream contamination
- Uses an auto drain made by RIFOX, Germany
- Designed for improved reliability under severe drain conditions

The HI Series is designed for medium-pressure compressor environments where higher operating pressure capability is required. It is commonly used in automotive service, workshop, and other special-pressure applications.
- Suitable for medium-pressure compressed air systems
- Element-free design with no replacement elements
- Maintenance-free operation
- Helps remove condensate, oil droplets, and solid contaminants near the point of use
- Designed for sites with higher pressure requirements than standard air systems

WELL AIR Installation Notes
- Always install WELL AIR vertically.
- Install it as close as possible to the end-use pneumatic equipment.
- Install it after a sufficient piping distance from the compressor whenever possible, with approximately 20 m as a practical guideline.
- Do not reverse the IN and OUT air connections.
- Install filters, regulators, and lubricators after WELL AIR.
- Please read the instruction manual carefully and install the unit correctly before use.
