Currently working for a glove manufacturer!
Hello, I'm Hirotsugu Kamata, also known as Jero from Kamata Technas.
As a quick aside, in our company, we call each other by foreign-sounding names as work nicknames. Besides me, Jero, we also have Nicola, Tom, Julia, and others. I feel like the atmosphere in the company has become much more level-minded and conversations have become more enjoyable. I hope everyone will feel free to use their nicknames.
WELL AIR User Introduction Corner
Now, we are going to interview users who actually use our product, Well Air.
This time we would like to introduce Inaba Co., Ltd.
The company, known as Gunte Kobo, is a glove manufacturer that was founded in 1960 and has been in business for three generations.
Until about 20 years ago, the factory was not particularly large, and they produced gloves using as many as 100 knitting machines. As time passed, the production of gloves moved overseas, and now, over 95% of gloves on the market are made overseas.
In such a situation, Inaba Co., Ltd. has been manufacturing gloves in its own factory and importing them from overseas. Gloves are just gloves, but they are still gloves. We will help protect the hands of working people. - Excerpt from Gunte Kobo website
Military Professional
They handle everything from planning to manufacturing and shipping. Instead of outsourcing large-lot production to overseas companies, they specialize in small-lot, high-quality production .
I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Yudai Inaba, the successor of Inaba Corporation, which runs this glove workshop, and he came to me for advice about a condensation problem that was occurring at the factory where the gloves were manufactured.
When I actually visited the site, I saw over a dozen machines like this sewing each individual pair of gloves working enthusiastically.
I was impressed to be able to see the brand new gloves up close.
Well, the problem of condensation on the pipes was caused by air blowing. Here's what it actually looked like.
The moisture was sprayed out beautifully, and it seems that it was a hassle to have to spray it with air until all the water was gone every morning when using it.
Certainly, if this happens every time, it will reduce work efficiency, and if the moisture gets into precision sewing machines, it could cause them to break down or rust.
Leave it to us, the problem can be solved by installing WellAir! We received a quote right away and went to install the product at a later date.
Installation work in progress
Installation complete!
Will it really be possible to remove the moisture?
As you can see, no water has come out at all!
The president was pleased with the results and commented , "My daily air blowing work has become more comfortable."
There is no risk of moisture coming out of the air blower, allowing you to use the air comfortably.
At the same time, we also installed it on the neighboring printing machine, which also had air connected to it. This will eliminate the risk of condensation in the pipes, which will also help extend the life of each piece of equipment .
Let's take a commemorative photo together!
As you can see, there are many situations in which WellAir can make a contribution at production sites.
This concludes the introduction of the implementation case at Inaba Co., Ltd.
By the way, Gunte Kobo also seems to offer a logo printing service , and we plan to order some as a commemorative gift for our upcoming 50th anniversary.
Why not try it out for use in production sites or as a gift? If you try it on, you'll notice how nice it feels on your skin.
